Caregiver-Child Yoga Series (San Jose)

We are excited to announce that Miss Amy is offering a Caregiver-Child Yoga Series this October. As the school year winds up it is so easy for our ability to regulate our emotions to go down. Yoga provides many benefits for parent and child alike. Yoga is found to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve body awareness, balance and flexibility, improve core strength, and build a stronger caregiver/child connection. For four weeks, you AND your child will have the opportunity to participate in a one hour yoga session. For a child to participate they myst have a caregiver also participating. In addition, they should be able to independently attend to and follow group instructions. This is an introductory course and no prior yoga experience is required. This pilot program is open to our existing CTC clients only. Space is extremely limited so be sure to sign up soon.

Miss Amy is a pediatric Occupational Therapist and certified yoga instructor.

To sign up, please contact our office coordinator April at 408-601-0993 or email her. She will send over an invoice.
